Private Foundation Mans a les Mans

"Pas Endavant" is a youth integration project aimed at young people between 16 and 22 years old who are neither studying nor working.
The project consists of an individualised itinerary with each young person, in which work is done to help them bring out their abilities and interests, and to be able to project themselves towards their future work. Based on this itinerary, the young people participate, among other educational actions, in different workshops during the course, in order to come into contact with different trades. These workshops, apart from bringing the boys/girls closer to the world of work, have to make it possible to work on habits related to positive socialisation and to work on the development of learning basic tools.
